Logan did an absolutely phenomenal job getting my classic Porsche 944 in to replace the timing system. Very reasonably priced and they were able to get my vehicle in quickly. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for people who will take care of your vehicle.
Horrible. Do not take your Range Rover, Mercedes or any foreign vehicle here. Went in for diagnostics on my infotainment system in my Range Rover Sport and it was returned with extensive damage to my headliner. Unacceptable, they denied it was them, I actually expected a higher level of service from these guys. Never again. Just check casenet first before using them, it really will give you a clear picture of who these guys are.
By far one of my worst shop exspiernces yet the no crank no start was fixed on my car but with no estimate call or nothing. Afterwards I kept calling to ask about it but then was put on hold for 15 - 30 min to then get told that the technician is out for the day kept geting then answer every day one day get told that (it was fixed was just mismatched wires) but ig something else was effecting it from going into gear more days go buy i call and call same answers and sbout 2 months later get told that the engine need to be separated. Which I have already done. Even quoted me a ridiculous price because he wouldn't want to drop the trasnmission anyways. Apon going to pick up my car I see that someone took it apon themselves to steal my air intake filter why. All and all I feel scammed by this business and do very shady work.
Quality and fast service. They found a couple more small things wrong with my Mercedes GLK350. Just charged me for parts only for installing them! Their estimate was the exact cost for all the repairs, and I very much appreciate that. All the employees from front to back are great.
Took my 2007 Mercedes to Import Specialist about a month back to have transmission control module replaced, and these guys could not have been nicer and more accommodating than they were. Maddie at the front desk was very nice and professional. They got my old Mercedes running again and it was the best experience I have ever had with a auto repair shop I have ever had in Springfield.
