From the moment Ms. Kim picked up the phone customer service was top of the line, tone of voice , engagement, was understanding and extremely transparent about the process Then the inspection done to the vehicle. I have never seen such detailed and thorough work done ever! Yes you pay for an inspection but it was worth it. You get a full detailed report that in itself was worth the money. I am a customer that will only take my car here! That saying you get what you pay for, fits this company. Every penny was worth it and they also go above and beyond throughout the entire process.

I had an oil change done on my 2007 BMW 335i. While they were doing that, they did a courtesy check of the vehicle and told me several areas of concern. I appreciate that and the fact that I did not feel pressured by them to spend more than what I was expecting. I was presented with my options and told they are available if I needed them to do any of the work. I will definitely be coming back to Import Motor Werks again.
