Had a pipe break at 10:00 pm so we shut the water off. Called Immersion Plumbing the next morning as a referral from my brother who recommended him to me. He responded to my call right away. He knew right where to cut our wall to get to the pipe and fixed it very quickly. He also replaced an outdoor water spout for me. He was very professional and very informative and I felt extremely comfortable having him in my home. I definitely will use him again for any plumbing needs.
Andrew is very knowledgeable. I reached out to a bunch of specialists for my tankless water heater to find out what I really needed and also to fix an issue I had and Andrew was the only one who could definitively answer my questions in a way that I felt comfortable with his answers. He was patient and willing to answer all my emails with questions I had and also during the appointment. He was on time and professional and did a great job with the installation of my expansion tank and cleaned up after the install. And he fixed the issue I had been dealing with for over 2 years so very happy with the results!
Immersion Plumbing & Heating has been fantastic. They fixed a leak in my parents house. My parents were extremely impressed with Immersion’s responsiveness and quality. Immersion Plumbing and Heating is a highly recommended business entity. He installed a commercial hot water system that tied into my home heating boiler. 90 gallons of constant hot water. Andrew Clay works efficiently, and is a perfectionist in performing his work. Cleans up after the job is completed. Arrives when he says he is going to. Andrew is fantastic! He has helped me out on a number of bathroom projects (installing a tub, installing a toilet, installing a new shower mixer, and replacing the valve into my toilet). Two of the projects have required shutting off a condo building’s water (which affects everyone in the building). He is incredibly efficient with his time and was able to limit each water shutoff to 10-15 minutes. He is polite, very easy to work with, and definitely knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Immersion Plumbing & Heating.
