iFixandRepair - Tampa International Plaza

I had a great experience at the iFixit in Tampa International Mall. Prince took care of my Samsung S22 by upgrading to a glass screen protector, and he also installed a protector on my son’s iPhone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while still giving great attention to detail. Everything looks perfect, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location—and especially Prince—for anyone needing reliable, high-quality phone repairs or accessories!

I came in get my daughter's Ipad screen replaced. Everything went well, I paid for the order and was about to leave the store when I noticed that the new screen is defective. I let the store associate know right away, and Prince assured me that I can come back in a week to get this resolved. He took down my phone number and said he would call. We were in the mall 1 week later and he said that we need to wait. Almost 2 weeks later, we came into the store and he told us that we have to wait more. We asked for a discount and he said that it is not possible. He said that it may take upto 2-3 months. This is a scam business that DOES NOT STAND BEHIND or provide warranty. Prince lied to us and I dont believe that this store would not have a new iPad replacement screen as it is essential for their business. I am reporting to BBB. Stay away form this low level scam place.
