Jesse is AWESOME!!! His brother, Orlando, is equally great as well. Jesse installed a new battery in my Samsung A32 5G last week. Yesterday the phone totally died on me and today I brought it back in to Jesse to have him look at it to determine what happened. He immediately checked my phone out and fixed the issue, without charging me anything additional, and now it is working fine again. I am so glad that I found this shop, as it is great to have someone who knows what they are doing, and is reliable and more than fair with pricing. They stand by their work and that is a huge plus as not everyone out there does today. Kudos to Jesse and Orl... Jesse is AWESOME!!! His brother, Orlando, is equally great as well. I went to Apple a few months ago and they told me that it was nothing they can do to fix my iPad. For whatever reason it would not stay on. I called the nearest store to me which was iFix Phones & Computers and the owner said bring it in. He said he couldn’t promise anything without running diagnostics, but he’ll try to fix it. He also stated that if he could not fix it he’ll only charge $20. I dropped the iPad off on Saturday and Tuesday morning I received an alert that my iPad was back on. He was so kind he said it was only a software issue and charged $45! He saved me so much money, time; and resources. If you’re in the area and need resul... Orlando is friendly, competent and very Honest. He’s helped me w I phone and laptop top computer issues, in both cases as economically as possible. He does not oversell or pressure you for upgrades
