I made an appointment to have my furnace maintenance done, as they were running a special. However, the tech that came out basically told me all the things that were wrong with my furnace, and told me I needed a new indoor outdoor unit. That’s fine, I can accept that. Where the problem comes in, is I asked the tech if this was going to be a soft pull or a hard inquiry. He stated it would just be a soft pull. As soon as he checked it, my phone popped up immediately as a hard inquiry. I’m frustrated, because I feel as though he knew that was gonna become a hard inquiry, but just wanted to make a sale. Ive always had great service from IdealTemp. Jared was very helpful with giving me multiple options from repair to replacement. They were not pushy and I chose the 5 star system package. Everyone involved was friendly, helpful and professional. Complete HVAC install done very well! Very pleased with service, work done and end result!

I had quite a time finding a company that was willing to take my job and install an HVAC system in my home. My house is old and didn't have any existing duct work. This job was full of complexities.
