Mark and his crew were professional and timely with respect to the roof installation. However, Mark also installed gutters for my home and I was told that any rotten fascia boards would be replaced prior to the install. This was not the case. Gutters were installed over rotten fascia boards. I left two messages for Mark regarding this issue and he did not respond. I would never hire this company again. He said one thing to get the job but did not follow through. Unprofessional at best.

I had a roofing system installed November of last year. Mark is a super professional and honest. After interviewing several people to install my roof, Mark was able to listen to all my requirements. Explain to me my options and provide service as he contracted. My roof has not had any problems since it was installed. It looks great. If you are considering a new roof, give Mark a call you won't regret it. In a time when people don't stand by what they promise you. It was refreshing to have someone not only standby; what they said, but delivery on everything they said.

I couldn't be happier with my new metal roof they installed for me. I've recently worked with a lot of contractors in the area getting my house fixed up and the roof was by far the best experience we have had. Mark Nelson and his crew do great quality work and got my roof done quickly even through the rainy week we have had. They have been a pleasure to do business with and I would use them again in the future at any new house we move too. You can't beat the 5 year labor warranty they offer either. Great guys!
