I went in and drove a hr and a half away to William because my pc had the blue screen of death and needed professional repair. I went to him strictly because I seen amazing reviews. It took William 45 minutes and let me hang out and also let my kids enjoy his big tv! He fixed my pc and added a few parts that I wanted updated me to windows 11. He is an amazing person and I would recommend him to anyone. Very reasonable on parts and also labor. Thanks for all you do William! You are forever my computer guy!
William made me a priority from the second I stepped through the door. I'd been gathering parts for a gaming pc build over the years and I could not, for the life of me, get it to boot as expected. I spent time after time, research after research, fail after fail. Bought different parts with no success. I decided I'd needed to be humbled and take the build to someone that knows about gaming PCs.
I found ICT computer Repair and seen the reviews of people that'd brought their rainbow lighting PCs to Will and were appalled by his expertise - and boy is it true. Will did EVERYTHING in front of me. He showed me tools, explained what tests and programs he was running to run my pc, and what worked and what was not properly functioning. Better yet, he was 1000% honest and transparent through the entire interaction.
I came in with a computer that was going to continue giving me headaches and take a months worth of extra attention before even seeing a startup screen, to leaving with a plug and play PC that boots up AAA games and performs with ease a few short hours later. My time with Will was enjoyable and I appreciate that he tests all his parts before he recommending them, if needed. Also, he never made me feel like an idiot for the mistakes I made for my PC build. He was encouraging and educated me on what solutions could have worked better.
I'm definitely bringing my PC to Will from now on when I want to upgrade or simply need help. Thank you ICT Computer Repair!
Will was great, built my PC for me and did the basic set up. Even figured out a few RGB issues. Super knowledgeable and will tell you what you do and don't need. I will for sure be going back if I have computer related problems. There's a reason he's reviewed the way he is.

I needed a case swap with a few components being replaced for my gaming PC.
I wish when I lived in Wichita I knew about him. I came back to town for an event for work. I told him what I needed done the week before, and the communication from that point until I dropped off my electronics was top notch. What other company has that level of easy communication?
During this communication, not only did he give me an accurate quote for his work but he explained the process. This continued all the way until he was done with his service and then a day after, because I had a question.
