I made the biggest mistake going to this place. My granddaughter's screen had a crack the size of a dime. We were informed that a technician would be able to fix her phone. When we went to pick it up, several hours later. The camera did not work. It had a whole new look. I turned around and brought it back. The tech tried to fix it, but he made the situation worse. The technician could not get the camera to work. He damaged the back case beyond repair. My money was refunded, but I have to buy her a new phone. I will be getting legal representation. Her phone was very expensive. 😡July 5, 2025, still waiting on them to pay for her phone. Please do not patronize this establishment; they will not take responsibility for their work. You can be out of thousands of dollars dealing with them. I am posting this and other reviews on all of my social media platforms. "I Won't Back Down."

I came here to get my phone fixed and I was out within 10 minutes. They have very fast service and the person who fixed my phone whose name is malek helped me understand exactly why my phone was messing up. I also bought a case and screen protector and everything was priced very fair. I will definitely bring everything I need fixed here because of their service and prices.
