The process from conception to completion has been amazing. Our roof was a complete reproof and was done in one day. Even my neighbors were impressed. Hanoa and Erick are amazing! We had a great experience with this Ibex! Communication was excellent from start to finish — they kept us updated every step of the way. The work was completed on time, the service was professional, and the team followed up afterward to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality and reliability!
I highly recommend this company! The initial consultation and quote process was a bit pushy, but since I had done my research, read the reviews and spoken to two other companies I overlooked that. Johnny our project manager was great to work with-extremely professional but also fun and friendly! He was great about keeping us informed as to what they doing, why they were doing it and what the time frame was. When they finished, the only reason we knew they'd been there was the fabulous new roof!! There was absolutely no trace of work, everything was spotless. I will be happy to work with them again, in 30 years when we need a new roof!
Thank you to IBEX for taking their time to communicate with my brother-n-law & sister who are deaf. They made sure that everyone was on the same page & understood what was happening. David & Kody were very clear on what the company provides & at the cost. Trevor made sure the project was done correctly & efficiently. The roofing crew; Frank & brothers were very respectful, they sure know their job & left the area very clean. Tyler & David the gutter crew were very efficient & also tidy. Everyone was so amazing.
