I chose to work with Hydro-Tech years ago based on the reviews posted on multiple sites. They are always given praise and high marks. Well, they don't disappoint! They always provide top notch service at reasonable prices. The teams that perform the installations (or modifications), and the spring and fall maintenance - are always polite, professional, and above all else - on time!! FIVE stars!
Always quick to respond with quality knowledge and service. Their techs are always very polite and respectful. Installing the original system was easy and thoroughly explained with competitive pricing. I've had to move sprinkler heads over the years as my landscape/hardscape has evolved and it's been a very easy process. Communication is always great as well.
We have been loyal customers of HydroTech for years and referred others to them several times. They had some growing pains during 2023-2024, but are under new management in 2025 and working very hard to maintain a positive reputation and relationship with their customers. The manager reached out to me personally to discuss any past concerns and I was very impressed with the effort and time taken for a small residential customer.
I have had Hydro-Tech for about eleven years. They designed the irrigation system for my garden and have serviced it yearly. I am happy and pleased with the customer service.
