HTR did an amazing job taking care of my house needs! I have 2 AC units and they explained how one could be repaired for minimal pricing and the options for replacing the other one. I especially appreciated how they didn’t try to push me to replace both units. They also offer this effective Aerus air purification system that I added to both my AC units and it has definitely cut down on sickness in my household!
Service rep was polite and professional. The text communication was great for knowing when they would arrive. The rep went over everything before leaving very comprehensively.
