When my furnace stopped working, I called Howe because they had a good rating online. And I couldn’t be more happy with the service they provided. Colby did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem, and kept good communication through the entire process. I feel like this is a trustworthy company with fair and honest prices. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Howe was able to get a technician out to my home immediately when I had a heating issue with my new home (on the first snow of the year). Technician was kind, and quickly diagnosed my system. When I had some follow up concerns, the gentleman handling my complaint came to my home personally to follow up. Customer service is a lost art, and I appreciated Kyle Crank’s professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend Howe.

Excellent, professional, timely service. I called on a Sunday (during snow storm) and received a call back within a few minutes from an experienced technician! That same professional came to my home Monday (despite the snow emergencies in many counties) and fixed the issue. The charge was very reasonable. Howe Heating and Cooling is now my provider for HVAC.
