I called asked for pricing and eta for my back glass to be repaired. He gave me a significantly lower price than I was charged if I brought it to him. Not only did I wait 10 minutes for him to show up, I had an appointment and he told me the repair work take 15-20 minutes — I didn’t get it back until 9/10pm that night. To make things worse, I sent him a photo of my obvious dark blue phone (which he requested) and he installed black. I could get over the color, but it’s not even set in the phone properly! He asked if I wanted to bring it back the next day but I was in Arizona. No surprise, once I got back in town he ignored my texts. With that said, I wouldn’t recommend him. There are too many people in this business who are more than willing to own mistakes and will ensure the work Is down correctly the first time. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
