The drivers for this company are constantly running red lights/stop signs, driving ridiculously fast, and riding peoples bumpers in the waterville area. One driver just almost caused an accident by blowing straight through the 4 way on the Oakland to Fairfield back road (the stop signs literally flash). Please dont support a company that constantly puts its community is seriously dangerous situations!
Called to have something fixed in our shower and they said they couldn’t help us because we weren’t “an existing customer.” How does one become an existing customer here then if you have to be a first time customer in order to qualify.. when asked if they could recommend anyone else they said no and thankfully we knew a family friend that could help us. What a weird customer service strategy. No thank you.
Brad previously fixed an emergency plumbing leak and installed a water filter for us, and the service manager and his son cleaned our furnace today. They were all very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Just excellent service! We will be using Houle's for all of our plumbing and heating needs from now on.
