I called for a washing machine issue and flat out said he cant figure it out! I’m like don’t u fix washers he said I don’t fix all appliances! And this was just a phone call!

I just want to say that Ken was awesome! I had a broken ice bucket system for a Whirlpool refrigerator I texted him pictures of the part and of the make and model. He texted back within 15 minutes to say he didn't fix those but he gave me the part number I needed and how to replace it. I was able to order the part on Amazon for half what I would have paid in town. He's a superstar ✨️ He helped me out and didn't charge me a dime! I'll be bringing all my future business to him.🤩

My 20 year old refrigerator stopped cooling and Ken came out the same day, did a fantastic job and no mess! Very fair prices! He really saved the day as other places offered appointments 5 days later. He also explained the repairs. Highly recommend Horner’s repair!
