Since day one back in 2025 they have given excellent customer service. Answered all questions and even fought will a manufacturer for better equipment. Changed an ancient oil fired boiler over to propane with also on demand hot water. When a problem arose they responded promptly. Would recommend these guys for your HVAC needs

Good job, prompt and efficient

1. I had a ginormous icicle running from a roof valley to the ground which included the wires for the roof melting system and covered half a heat pump. The experts from home Wiz removed the icicle and freed the wires for the roof melting system. Nothing broke in the process! The two experts also did trouble shooting on a birdbath which was frozen in spite of having an installed heating element . They cleared the ice and installed a new wire for the bird bath. Asked for installation of two outlets in somewhat awkward area. Service was done in a timely and efficient manner and results were entirely satisfactory. The team was excellent in explaining tasks and checking on decisions.

Generator failed to start on Saturday prior to the big January Storm. Was able to book a Tuesday 8:00 am - 10:00 am appt, despite being a new customer. Howard & Bobby arrived within the promised time slot and quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained it to me. Very professional and timely (considering the storm issues) provided and are appreciated!

Howard did a great job. First of all he was prompt which I greatly appreciate. I had set up an appointment for only one issue but, unfortunately, before he arrived, I found two more issues. Howard had no problem with that, explained what he was doing and worked very efficiently. He was both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Howard and HomeWiz.
