I was having issues with an older garage door opener and they were quick to answer and they were able to do a same day visit with was awesome. Technician Luke was excellent; he quickly diagnosed the issues and promptly got me back operational. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.
Nick offered me a good deal on my 18 foot door. Installing it was done with professionalism, and since I've had questions which he was more than helpful in answering. I'd give him an extra star if able.

No one wants their belongings taken or their home broken into from inside the garage where no one can be a witness. My garage would not close and had wear and tear damage. Hometown came out and closed and secured the door so it would not collapse on my car - measuring for a much needed new one and installed two days later. Very professional and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards and garage door is hooked up and ready to go. Works beautifully and looks really nice. Home is now once secured. Thank you Hometown for prompt and professional service.
