The staff were super attentive and friendly. I had 5 watches that needed batteries replaced and two that needed some links removed and they gave me an extremely generous price. It was very quick too! 10/10 recommend!

After visiting Home and Watches and Jewels for several jewelry repairs. I made the decision to write a review due to the outstanding service their team provides. Lily went above and beyond to repair my rosaries and watch within a 24 hour period. Diligently called me to follow up and advisethe watch and rosary was ready. I highly recommend this jewelry repair store for anyone who is looking for a gift to provide for one of their loved ones on Christmas. They exceeded expectations. God bless their team.
