We had a very positive experience here. We purchased our gas fireplace 10+ years ago. It’s worked very well. We’re not certain why it stopped working but the staff gave us some suggestions before sending service out. One was to replace the batteries inside the unit. During that process we broke the tiny battery cover & they had one in stock for a reasonable price. They even demonstrated how to get the fit correct so it wouldn’t break again. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the full issue but they sent Caleb & Mitch out to take a look & we’re up & running again. Thank you for excellent customer service 👍🏼👍🏼

Absolutely disappointing experience, especially considering their reputation for customer service reading the reviews. After purchasing a new stove with a 1-year warranty, I encountered an issue that required a part replacement. However, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the course of more than six months, the company's response has been woefully inadequate. Initially, I found it concerning that my calls were being ignored by the service personnel, with no callbacks. Subsequently, when I reached out to the front desk for assistance, my claim seemed to have been misplaced, leading to a frustrating cycle of trying to track dow... Absolutely disappointing experience, especially considering their reputation for customer service reading the reviews.
