I pick up pellets here for a customer who has had an account for 20 years and purchases 5-6 tons each winter. Every time I come in to sign off that I'm picking up pellets, the desk staff is always rude. I would like to clarify that there's a guy who does the forklifts now, who is a nice guy. But the men who work behind the desk just don't represent good old small town business, never say hello or have a nice day and always have the attitude of “Can you not see that I’m in the middle of watching Fox News on my 80 inch tv, you are inconveniencing me by asking me to do my job to pull out a piece of paper to sign." If you are a new customer or someone moving into the area, I would think twice about doing business here because they can't even treat people who have been coming in for years with basic human decency.
