High Mark Heating & Cooling

DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR HELP. These guys are the best and will take care of you! Air Conditioner died for no apparent reason...did some obvious troubleshooting and could not find the issue. We are loyal High Mark customers for their annual service and system checks which is normally performed by Chris (a consummate professional, courteous and friendly) for heating and cooling, and this is why. Stephanie answered the call and dispatched a crew for the same day the call was made. Chris was busy so Timmy and Cody came. In less than two hours they diagnosed the problem, had the parts available in their truck and got the air conditioning back up and running without a hitch. Stephanie, Timmy and Cody could not have been nicer people and explained everything they were doing while giving a few helpful tips along the way. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. A few days ago, our grandmothers furnace quit working. It was only a couple of years old, and due to her memory deteriorating quickly, she couldn’t remember who installed it. We called around, and no one had her on record, so we were losing hope on getting it covered by the warranty. I happened to call High Mark Heating and Cooling, and spoke with Kathy. I can’t even begin to express how helpful she was. She was able to contact Bryant (manufacturer) and using the serial number pull up grandma’s unit! They told us who installed it, and those guys wanted to charge us $1,300 to fix it, even though it was warrantied parts! When we called Kathy back to see if they could help, she took the reins, and got the part ordered and ready, to get grandma’s heat back on ASAP in these cold temperatures! We can’t say enough good things about High Mark Heating & Cooling. They responded quickly and made us feel like a priority. Alex, our service technician, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was repaired perfectly. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he fixed it, and even simplified grandma’s thermostat, to keep her system running smoothly. It’s rare to find such top-notch service these days, but Alex, Kathy, and the entire team exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be turning to them for ALL our HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!
