We received service very quickly after calling for help. The customer service representative that we spoke with to schedule the appointment was very polite and very helpful. The electrician, Bryan Morris, provided help that is second to none. He was outstanding, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable in his expertise. He explained everything really well and represents Hickey in a very solid fashion. The communication process with the texts and phone calls is excellent and is greatly appreciated. They called me the same day for service and plumber let me know when he was on his way. Also gave me different price ranges for what i could afford. Did a great job to get a clog out and did it in a very timely manner. Also very thoroughly told me the issue and ways to prevent the issue from happening again. Plumber was able to get the clog out effectively even with just the camera and also cleaned up any messes and put things back in the bathroom neatly. Was kind and very helpful!
