Hi-Five Communications

Ive been here a few times now. First time i went there was because my phone screen was broken as hell, and well, saying that I'm using that same phone to type this, I think its safe to say its fixed. My phone was fixed with a new screen wothin an hour, which was amazing because i had work later that day. Ever since then my phone hasnt had some of the screen issues it had before my original screen broke (like janky sensitivity n such). My most recent visit was because there was an issue with my down volume button. It for some reason was only acting as an up volume button. That was fixed in like, 10-15 minutes give or take. Super amazing. Best part, its less expensive than pretty much any other phone repair shop out there. Most of them will charge ≈$100 just for a semi-repaired screen nowadays, but this only costed $75, which is nice as someone with low income. Onto a little side note, the people in there are extremely nice. I always have nice convos with them. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped by Hi-Five looking for a new smartphone and was impressed by their wide selection of devices & accessories. The store layout was clean and very well-organized, making it easy to compare different models side by side.The sales associate was knowledgeable about specs and features her pricing was very competitive. The phone setup and data transfer service was efficient and saved me time. Only caveat was a little bit of a wait time because of all the multiple customers at the store waiting to be serviced.I can tell they really want to take care of their customers individually without feeling rushed. Overall, a solid experience with good product knowledge and very very fair prices. Would return for future purchases, just plan for extra time as is worth the wait for this type of customer service. They really take care of your customer needs & very helpful setup service as well.
