Vasilii is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed by problem, informed me of what it would take to fix the issue. He gave me options so that I could make the decision on what was best for me. He’s honest and a man of his word. He ordered the parts and returned to complete the repair promptly. I’m thoroughly satisfied and happy with his work. He’s at the top of my list for these types of repairs. Should I have other appliance-related issues, I will be calling him!

Vasilii has serviced our dishwasher in the past and both of our refrigerators recently. One is an older Subzero that I was doubtful could be fully operational because it sat for a while in our driveway until we were able to have it moved inside. Vasilii came late one afternoon - I believe we were his last appointment of the day. He was so meticulous to give a thorough check up despite how late it was getting. He recharged the refrigerant and very patiently tested for any leaks. I can always rely on Vasilii and Hey Key Appliance Repair. My dishwasher died and Vasilii is my go to for all things appliance related. He diagnosed my machine as DOA, gave me great recommendations for reliable brands. I purchased one and when the delivery people left me hanging over removal of the old machine, Hey Key came through with all the services I needed.
