As a GC building my own house, I’ve worked with many contractors, and the technicians from Heil Plumbing are among the best I’ve seen. The lead technician, John, demonstrated extensive knowledge and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I will definitely use Heil Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
Erik Young did an expert job at replacing our water heater. The job was done carefully and quickly, and he went through our options and answered all of our questions prior to purchase and install. Same-day service, and the new water heater has been working perfectly for the last few months. Highly recommend Erik and would definitely call Heil Plumbing again.
We had great experience with Heil Plumbing . We were dealing with a major sewage backup that other plumbers simply couldn’t fix. Damontae Tuck from Heil Plumbing diagnosed the issue perfectly. He went above and beyond, cleaning pipes in areas the previous companies completely overlooked. The problem is finally solved! After finishing the job, Damontae took the time to explain which maintenance chemicals to use to prevent this from happening again. We definitely recommend Heil Plumbing for their expertise and thoroughness.
