Repaired backflow a few years back fixing a union that later broke after repair. Used for backflow certification the end of June 2022. Union just broke after they last left. Texted John he asked if I used a wrench to tighten. When I replied his technician last to touch he replied we don't break parts. Wanted to charge $150 plus parts to repair. Keep in mind if you use his service and something breaks you may get; "we don't break parts."
I have used John several times and he is unfailing honest, reasonable, and helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains what and why he is doing something. I can honestly say I would not even consider using another plumber. I could not be more happy with his work.
John and Andrew were quick and responsive to our plumbing emergency. They came over after hours on a Saturday and were efficient, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. We will use them for future plumbing needs.
Response was very quick, showed up in 2 hours. Unfortunately could not fix the leak in my $550 Delta Touch faucet because he could not take it apart, he was unfamiliar with the design. He tried drilling a hole in the neck to release the press tab and Delta tech support said that is not the solution! After 45 minutes left without resolving the issue and I had to pay for the first time in my life $162 because the expert could not fix the issue, should have called Roto Rooter or Michael and Sons. Got in touch with Delta and they are sending me the repair kit for free. Still have the leak and an unresolved issue. If you take your car with an oil... If you take your car with an oil leak to a mechanic and he spends 45 minutes trying to remove the pan and says, sorry I cannot fix it, here's $200 bill for labor, how would you feel? Edit: I called Delta customer service and they sent me a replacement cartridge. It took me all of 4 minutes and 30 seconds (just one set screw) to replace the cartridge and the faucet works beautifully. Felt cheated for being charged for a repair that was not done, a plumber that wasted my time and did not know how to replace a Delta faucet cartridge. Wish he had been upfront about it and more professional rather than charging an unsuspecting customer!
