I received the HVAC duct and vent cleaning service in Dec 8, 2025. I was searching and contacting several companies at the same time to find the company which are good and able to provide service as early as possible since my duct smelly. I connected to John with call back from him and he kindly explain all NADCA. The call was very pleasant and helpful to me to learn the duct cleaning even though they were fully booked at that time. But he informed me there was one slot after someone canceled and I took the opportunity. I'm sure that It was a great decision. John, Henry and Berk visited on time and assessed quickly and explain all things about my duct and vent with their expertise. Cleaning was quick and precise and there're nothing to worry from my side. After cleaning, my family felt clean air at once and I believe it's helpful to heat efficiency. Definitely I will recommend them to my friends.

John gave me a great impression on the phone and made sure that I had the knowledge to find qualified professionals (he even sent me a link to the NADCA search page), prioritizing his profession over getting the job personally. Henry and Berk came today and I cannot say enough about them. They broke down costs and helped walk me through every option, made sure there was no pressure of any sort, and took extra time at every stage of inspection to help me learn and understand more about caring for a home. They were excited to learn my partner's profession means she would understand much more and encouraged me to speak with her; these are people who really want you to understand everything. Their clear priority was to help me understand enough to make a decision when ready, and I must emphasize how careful they were to avoid any pressure at all. They would have been completely willing to leave for the day with no work and kept telling me not to apologize for not doing everything at once. When they found unexpected (to me, though they assured me that it was not unusual) mold, we switched to mold remediation as the priority for the day, and having a team of professionals qualified for both ducts and mold remediation was the best choice I could have made! Both Henry and Berk are knowledgeable and qualified, and they present as an excellent team. They credit each other freely as the source of the best ideas and seem to really respect one another, and they both have a good sense of humor! They listened to my particular needs and health concerns and kept them in mind throughout the process with incredible care and attention. They also asked before opening any door, double checked permission to move anything, and treated my home with immense respect. I look forward to seeing them again for the rest of the job when we are ready! Our pets were also big fans. I kept them away to make things easier but they were delighted to meet the cats and dog, while once again completely respecting boundaries (ex. my dog is not allowed food from folks outside a specific group to keep things consistent for her job, two cats aren't allowed treats for health reasons).

John and Berk are truly some of the most honest and genuine business owners I’ve ever met. From the start, they were friendly, professional, and explained exactly how they would clean the ducts. They even took the time to point out what was wrong with my heating system, which I really appreciated. Sometimes you meet business owners who seem more interested in making a sale than doing what’s right — but with John and Berk, it was the complete opposite. Their honesty and transparency really stood out. I highly recommend them for any duct cleaning work — they’ll do the job right and with total integrity.
