We had them install a garbage disposal back in 2020, and when it was on the fritz I texted Jack about it and having them come out to replace it. Instead of just immediately taking the job, Jack did give me a couple pointers on how to maybe fix the fault myself and it worked, saving me the cost of them just coming out to do the same thing! They are genuine in their wish to help you out, and when you do need help, they are responsive and available. Definitely recommend them!

I would give Jack from Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad a 20 star ⭐️ if I could! My issue was replacing shower cartridges so the shower water could run normal again, without only just hot water. It eventually became too scalding hot to take a shower 🚿 I called almost every plumber I could find on google and none of them and I mean absolutely None of them could figure out what shower cartridges that I needed for my shower! The only solution they all told me was to replace the whole shower basically, a remodel of the entire shower including removing tile! Wow, I couldn’t believe it. Cost was $6,000 to $8,000 in repairs! I was so distra... I would give Jack from Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad a 20 star ⭐️ if I could! Jack was very knowledgeable with water heater issues. He's always responsive and looking at ways to take care of the issue right away. What he charges is very reasonable. We trust Hawaii Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Squad to do the job correctly and not to take advantage of us.
