I have every faith in the world for the employees. The customer service and the incredible work that they do. I will probably never take my van anywhere else and if there’s something that my car needs that they don’t do their recommendations are very respected, and I would follow them to the letter. First experience, my van just makes a crunching sound and stops. Thankfully, in a parking lot I called AAA they give me a couple of recommendations. HATCH PEAK is one of them. They sent out a tow service. . The guy immediately tells me that my transmission is shot in my Toyota minivan no warning just that’s it’s just gone. Takes me over to HATCH PEAK. Being a woman and not overly knowledgeable about things like transmissions, they could have told me anything I would’ve gotten a second opinion, but literally they could’ve told me anything. They get my van in check it out. It’s not that at all. It’s an axle issue. They quickly estimate the repair and cost. They get in there they do the work. They call me back and said it didn’t cost nearly what we thought. Here’s your new price I was blown away. When I went to pick up my minivan, they were all talking about how the tow truck driver had just come in with his doom and gloom prediction. And we were all laughing about how in the future he might try not to scare the customers. These guys are amazing upfront, honest, and do incredible work. I trust them completely.
