I have every faith in the world for the employees. The customer service and the incredible work that they do. I will probably never take my van anywhere else and if there’s something that my car needs that they don’t do their recommendations are very respected, and I would follow them to the letter. First experience, my van just makes a crunching sound and stops. Thankfully, in a parking lot I called AAA they give me a couple of recommendations. HATCH PEAK is one of them. I love this shop! They are efficient and send photos of anything that is diagnosed or needs further diagnosis on their invoices. They treated me really well, which can sometimes be an issue as a woman (no, not dogging mechanics, I know a couple… but I’m not one). Overall, really happy with this shop! I will be bringing my car back as soon I have the resources to fix a turbo lol. Thank you, Hatch Peak!

1. Excellent communication by text and phone. 2. Transparent pricing via a written up invoice that you approve through a really useful web service. 3. They take pictures of current issues and “needs to be addressed soon.” 4. Nick is an excellent service advisor. 5. Honest. They carefully diagnose the exact issue you have with your vehicle. They never “throw parts” at the problem. 6. Family owned. 7. I really like how they treat my wife. She feels welcome and listened to. 8. Overnight drop-off. 9. We recommend them to family and friends.

I needed a total engine replacement and they were very helpful in figuring out a game plan for my vehicle that I was comfortable with. I did have a failing battery that caused some issues shortly after I picked my car up after over a month of being at the shop, but they ran the codes and ultimately (for an additional fee) were able to replace my battery that afternoon and get me back out on the road. And thus far there have been no further issues. I did throughly appreciate their customer service and comprehensive paperwork for the work performed. I would return in the future for further work if needed, but hopefully I don’t have to!
