Called to have heater issue fixed, told us what was wrong, gave us the runaround about part, charged $200 to tell us the problem, never fixed, left several messages with no response, called again they finally had the part but didn't call us, set an appointment and they called and canceled.
Fantastic service, repairs were top notch and Hase was able to restore water to our shop. A heartfelt thank you to Rocky and Heather and everyone there for supporting the Army Reserve, we appreciate it very much
Hase was supposed to fix our shower drain that wasn't draining properly. Two plumbers arrived on time and took about 20 minutes to determine that they couldn't fix the drain without moving the hot water heater. Since they didn't have time to do such a big job then, we had to reschedule for a week later on Wednesday. My landlord was assured that we were the first job on the schedule that day, and to expect them sometime around 8 or 8:30. When they hadn't arrived by 10, I called Hase to ask when I could expect the plumbers to get here. The woman who answered said that she didn't have the schedules for the day (which, why wouldn't they have that information at the front desk?) and gave me the phone number for Rocky. Rocky was pretty short with me on the phone and said that we were never scheduled to be first for the day, but reiterated multiple times to me that the plumbers would be showing up later that day. He also interrupted me to say they had a key to my apartment and "had a right" to enter whenever they wanted. Kind of a weird comment, but I let it go. Eventually my landlord called me and said that the plumbers were in fact NOT coming that day, but we were on the schedule for the next day (Thursday). I waited until 2:30pm with no word from Hase to call Rocky and ask for ANY information on when we could expect this to be fixed. He answered with an incredibly hostile tone right off the bat, and started angrily telling me that there were some unexpected medical problems with the staff, and that he was 100 miles away from Aberdeen anyway, fresh out of surgery himself. I understand that emergencies do happen, but asked if there was any way for Hase to communicate these things better because I have heard absolutely nothing. Rocky got angry with me, and responded with "Well, tough sh*t." I explained that all I was asking for was some communication so that I could know what was going on, and he continued to yell at me about how bad of day he was having. I understand it can be frustrating being called when you are not at work, but I was told by Hase that he was the one to call if I had questions about when the work was being done. So not only has Hase not come as scheduled for 2 days in a row, they have not communicated any of these problems to me OR my landlord, and I have been verbally berated by one of the staff. I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else for your plumbing needs.
$10,500 industrial hot water heater replacement. They did not check for leaks, so first night leaked all night onto expensive machines of the business below. That business owner went ballistic on us when he found it. They repaired the leak, then there was a second leak on a different fitting They fixed that. Fair enough, at least they fixed promptly the leaks. Odd: There was never an apology or recognition of our trouble. When the bill came we politely asked if there could be a small adjustment for our trouble. We were met with instant hostility. The plumber said it was our pipes that caused it, not his work, (which was incorrect..the same pipes had never leaked prior!) and then said that we suffered no financial loss nor did the business below, and than repeatedly said "looks like you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar", mocking us and accusing us of lying to get him to reduce his bill for our trouble. This is what pathological narcissism looks like. Instant rage, no ability to even recognize their mistake, lying, and accusing the customer of lying, then mocking the customer. Completely irrational conversation in response to our request. I told my management to just pay the bill, for there is no point in prolonging the pain of arguing with a narcissist. If you hire this outfit, you have been warned.
