My husband took our 2 Walmart bikes, bought under $100 each. They needed tubes in each and brakes adjusted. Picked up to a $325+ bill. They never tried to contact us, nor talked with him when he took them in regarding value of bikes to costs of repairs. What happened to customer service? They had to know the value of these 4+ year old bicycles, they had to know they were ripping us off. So very, very unhappy!!
We dropped in just to check what size bike he’d need, definitely not planning a purchase. But here’s the thing—they didn’t just let him try, they let him actually ride it around. That thoughtful nudge swayed us, and we walked out smiling with one in hand.
Harley`s Bicycles packed and shipped a bike for me. They did an excellent job. Their communication was fast and they were very professional. I highly recommend them!
I was in the area for a while and thought it was time to trade in my fold up bike and get a regular bike. I travel a lot so that meant I needed a rack for my truck. So I came to Harleys! Well from the time I walked in the door I got the friendliest greeting from the fur babies!! Love that! Andrea was so helpful and even recommended which bike rack to get (me not having a clue and bought a cheap one from Harbor Freight that was not great) I took her advice and was very happy that I spent the little extra! She is very knowledgeable so definitely listen to what she says! I wanted a bike that did not have many gears and something simple-the new arrivals came in and they were exactly that! It rides great and I LOVE IT!!!! I drove 1400 miles to NY and the rack was awesome! They also helped me and instructed me how to use the rack which I appreciated greatly! If you are in the neighborhood for a new bike this is the place to go!! Plus they have a great welcoming committee!! I am partial to Bear though-he was my fav ;-) Thank you Harleys!! :-)
Decided I wanted a new healthy hobby to try to get in better shape and with gas prices on the rise a mountain bike could be a descent investment! I had my mind set on a trek m4 and called multiple trek dealers in Wichita with no luck finding one in stock.. plus on back order for months.. luckily I decided to call Harleys in hutch and they had one in stock and it happened to be the right size I needed and color I preferred! I'm definitely a newbie to the hobby but the staff was nice , knowledgeable, not pushy, and very fast at changing tubes! I will definitely be back for the included tune ups they provided with the purchase of the bike or if I decide to upgrade the bike and need there professional skills on some of the upgrades I can't do myself or repairs to the bike as needed.
