Shortly after, Hank personally called me to schedule a consultation and walked through everything that needed to be installed or repaired. What really stood out was how smoothly the entire process was handled. Hank coordinated with the electrical subcontractors and the countertop installer for me, scheduled everyone, and even met them at my house to ensure everything stayed on track. That level of organization and service made the project completely stress-free. His team was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Hank himself was also wonderful to work with—very personable and clearly someone who takes pride in both his employees and the quality of their work. I was experiencing a leak in my front yard, they were the third company to come out and take a deeper look and I mean dug until they figured out the issue. I called kind of late in the afternoon on a FRIDAY afternoon with rain forecasted within a few hours of the call and they sent a team right out! They even offered an apology for my experiences with the other companies when they did not have to! They were so polite and professional!
