We needed some plumbing repairs done: two toilets installed, a new tankless water heater, and an irrigation pipe repair. Evan and Ethan from Half Moon Plumbing came out and performed FIVE STAR service for our home. The quality was impeccable. They were professional, on time, and expedient with all of the work that needed to be done. Will definitely be using Half Moon in the future for any plumbing needs we have. Highly recommend - A+

Wonderful service from start to finish! The lady who scheduled my appointment (so sorry I can't recall her name) was so friendly and understanding and got me scheduled right away. I loved that they sent a confirmation text and a picture of the tech that would be coming so I knew I was opening the door for the right person! Lukas was my tech for the first appt and he was friendly and professional. He assessed everything thoroughly and provided me with estimates, answered all my questions, and explained all my options with zero pressure. Once I decided, he got right on the phone and got me scheduled for a new water heater installation the next day! Bo was my tech for the installation and he was great. He explained the process clearly, made sure I had a chance to use the water before he had to turn it off, and made sure I didn't have any questions. Once he finished he explained the new hardware, how to change the temp max and what it was currently set at, where the shut off valve was etc, which I really appreciated! He was friendly and professional with great communication! I was very satisfied with everything and would definitely use Half Moon in the future!
Grant, Nate and Evan were a joy to work with very friendly and professional. They did the job with great care and efficiency. The new sewer line they put in looks perfect and has fixed the issues in my house perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing work done. Had Noah and Nic out to help fix a slab leak and install a new washing machine box. The work that was done was professional and quick. Half Moon Plumbing continues to exceed expectations and offer amazing service. I will have them out for anything and every service I need moving forward.
