Preston was an absolute godsend. We had water flooding into our garage from the attic, and he climbed up to investigate and discovered it was a freak situation caused by a buildup of ice and snow that melted just right and started dripping aggressively. We called him out after it had stopped dripping and he helped us understand exactly why it happened, without any fees or stress. On top of that, he helped us solve an ongoing issue with our dryer. We had already burned out one dryer, the replacement wasn’t working, a repair tech had been out, and my husband had cleaned the ducts, yet nothing fixed the problem. Preston climbed up on to the roof, found the real issue, and fixed it. And once again, he didn’t charge us because he genuinely enjoyed figuring it out. Who is that kind and generous these days? Preston truly went above and beyond. I 100% recommend working with him because he will take great care of you. (I’ve never written a review in my life, but this guy absolutely deserved one!)

Hailstone Roofing did a fabulous job in the repairs of our home after a baseball sized hail storm. Not only was the roof repaired, but the jitters, gutter covers, our fence, window screens, and the roofs of two storage sheds and a gazebo tin roof. It was a long process due to the fact that our insurance company Farmer’s, was hell bent on not paying for repairs. Preston Merritt, the owner of Hailstone Roofing, presented facts multiple times and finally succeeded in getting everything covered. We had a deductible that we financed . Preston was extremely fair with pricing and the products he used were top notch. During the process of getting everything repaired, we had some other issues with our home and he was able to get some trustworthy contractors to help us out. We can’t recommend Preston Merritt and Hailstones roofing enough. If we ever have a need for another roo, we will be contacting Preston!
