Very excellent customer service. I had to bring my car in for repairs twice in one week. Tom was able to get it right in & had it done at the end of the day. He stayed in contact with me as far as what they were doing and what they found. Very knowledgeable and honest, he definitely stands behind his work. I highly recommend this business

We've used Hagen's twice now. We're not from the area and they were on our Car Shield list. The first time, he had us in and out within a couple hours! The second time, we were about 30 minutes away and threw a major code so we had it towed to him. Even though he was swamped, he diagnosed it the next day and found that it was just a loose battery wire! He was completely fair on price and didn't try to screw us over which is rare! Highly recommend them!

Tom has been taking care of my car for over a 10 years. Never had a single complaint, always priced fair, with great service, and my car is always done on time! I would recommend him to anyone
