I was browsing the inventory of Ibanez guitars at the Decatur location, and Eric, who was working there at the time, told me I could go on Ibanez’s website and pick anything I wanted and he’d order it for me for a great price. Which he did. And now this beautiful RG550 is in my home studio, where I give private guitar lessons. I’ve been using it ever since. Guitars and More will hook you up!
They went above and beyond to find the perfect guitar we needed. Best retail customer service experience I've had in a long time. You can tell they have a love for music and what they do. Highly recommend!
I just wanted to say you are raising a fine young man right there. He gave me all the deals and discounts and told me about the email specials. He made sure to mention the 30 day return policy and made sure I had everything I needed ALL BY HIMSELF. Walking into your store felt like home it would be my pleasure to do all of my business with you. I don’t know many people to play with but would love to come in and have a jam session. Best atmosphere around! My son was looking for a new guitar to spend his birthday money on. The guys working there were super helpful and extremely patient as he checked out practically every guitar in the building and asked a million questions. We left with an orange Dean and he's been playing it practically non stop since we got home. Definitely check this place out.
Great atmosphere! Reminds me of days when there were no "big box" musical instrument stores. Super nice staff. Helpful, informed, engaged in the Real Guitar shop experience. Good offerings of current modern equipment. Clean, well stocked and well kept store. Instills a sence of good will shared among musicians for a long as I can remember. Kind of like going somewhere you've never been, but feels like home. I'll be back soon. For sure!
