Our family has used Guaranty for years. After Hurricane Ida, when water was leaking into the house, I called again, and Guaranty did not disappoint. True to form, the staff was timely, courteous, efficient, and professional. With many people needing help after the storm, Guaranty's service is all the more impressive. Our roof received terrible damage during Hurricane Ida, the team at Guaranty Sheet Metal worked with us for literally years to get through all of the insurance claim issues and finally we received the green light to proceed. Our roof was a challenge because of the historic tile and Guaranty did a beautiful job. the team on-site was wonderful, cleaned up every day, were very respectful and were really wonderful to work with. My roof was damaged after hurricane Ida. The people from Guaranty Sheet Metal were very helpful and sympathetic to my issues with the roof. I was told it would take a while. The workers who came to put the roof on were very respectful of our property and neighbors property. The work was done timely and there were no surprises. My roof looks amazing!
