I had an AMAZING experience with Groveport Service Center. My parents have been going to Billy and Greg for over 20 years, so I already knew they were trustworthy — but now I truly understand why. My first interaction with them was a few months ago after my car was stolen. Billy made the entire process so easy, getting my car straight from the impound to the service center and starting work immediately. He even went to bat for me with my insurance company when they didn’t want to pay for certain things, which really showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers and their experience. Because of that, I didn’t hesitate to come back a few weeks later for a headlight install and as soon as he got it in stock Billy had it done the same day! His commitment, friendliness, and professionalism were consistent from start to finish, and I had absolutely zero issues. I truly appreciate Billy and his entire team for all the hard work they put into my car. From day one, I felt a strong level of trust and respect, and that means everything when it comes to car service. I will absolutely continue going back to Groveport Service Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and caring service.

I had an excellent experience with Billy at Groveport Service Center. He replaced both the front and rear bumpers on my 2013 Toyota Avalon, and truly went above and beyond. In addition to the bumper work, Billy added seat covers to the two front seats and even repaired my armrest—which was broken and not part of the original estimate.
