Rory was absolutely incredible. Very professional and easy to talk with. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I was able to understand it. Thorough as heck, measurements, pictures, explained what was what and how they operate. He made an experience where I know im going to have to spend a decent amount of money much more enjoyable. On time, called the day before to confirm and the morning of to let me know he was on his way. 15/10.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Groundworks from the initial inspection yo the completed leveling work. Their customer service was superior and honest-they clearly explained the entire house leveling process and answered all of our questions. The team kept us informed, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done right. Rory and the crew were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home and property. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate their integrity and workmanship.

Showed up promptly, knocked on the door and explained why they were here and asked to see the patio to fix. The job went quickly with lots of explaining to me since I was really curious and asked lots of questions. They were done in a couple hours and cleaned up and explained what they did and about the 5 year warranty. Job well done!
