Our garage door was stuck halfway open and I couldn’t get my car out. Ryan arrived fast, found a snapped extension spring and frayed cables. He replaced the spring, installed new safety cables, and tightened the hardware. He also tested the opener motor to make sure nothing was damaged. The door works perfectly now and the repair was done in one visit.
The garage door remote stopped working and we thought it was a major issue. It turned out to be a simple programming problem and they fixed it quickly. They also tested the keypad and motor before leaving.
