Green Air

I purchased a new Trane HVAC unit from Green Air, a brand I chose specifically because of its strong reputation for reliability and quality. Unfortunately, within the first four years, a major component has already failed. Given the reliability typically associated with this brand, it honestly makes me question what exactly Green Air sold and installed in my home. What has been even more frustrating is the experience with Green Air’s service and billing practices. Despite the unit’s relatively short lifespan, they charged excessive fees for labor and repairs. I’ve been in the restaurant industry a long time and dealt with a lot of companies for R&M. I will say that Ben who works in the repairs area for electrical equipment is a true professional. It goes beyond just taking care of the repairs but presenting himself in a positive manner that would make any business proud. Bravo good sir. A gentleman and a scholar.

I had a plumbing leak around a bath tub. Green Air sent out a tech immediately same day. He was able to locate the source and fix the issue right away. Perfect service and charge was very reasonable and fair. Top notch service and highly recommended!

These folks installed a mini split for my garage in Freeport. The process from start to finish with Green Air was exceptional. The price was great and the install team was nothing but professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company for your air conditioner needs! My garage is like a fridge now lol!
