I visited the business on Saturday May 10th in the morning. The counter guys at Great Neck Plumbing Supply are top-notch. They're knowledgeable, professional, and always go the extra mile to help find exactly what you need. Whether it's a common part or something more specific, they know their inventory inside out and offer great advice. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I Highly recommend stopping by if you want solid service and reliable plumbing & heating supplies.

Very helpful personal and friendly. Mitch is one of the staff members which was courteous and spent time with me until I found what I was looking for. We browsed through a catalog as well as looked at displays and eventually found what I was looking for. The store is not fancy but equipped with a lot of supplies. I will definitely go there again. Very satisfied with my purchase.
