Gordon’s Glass has done numerous replacement jobs for me from sliding glass kitchen doors to windows in various sizes and always a perfect professional installation. I couldn’t be happier with Ken who promptly estimates and measures to Kristan and Justine who expertly and with so much experience, do the installations. Thank you to a top shelf company.
Not happy at all with our experience. Needed a window pane replaced. Not only did it take upwards of 4 weeks, but the pane barely made it out of their door when it cracked. Didn’t even make it to my vehicle, so there was no way it was ever going to make it to my house, let alone into the frame. The second pane came a little faster and instead of tempting fate, we decided to have them deliver and install it. Nobody called to schedule a day for the install. We got a call from a technician who said he was on his way. That first pane absolutely had to have had a defect, yet we were billed for it. 2 glass panes, 6 weeks, and $400 later and we will NEVER work with this company again.
Ken was amazing to work with. Fully understood my vision, had great tips, and fantastic at letting me know the schedule and keeping me informed. All their work turned out beautiful.
I had a little bit of a unique situation and they were so accommodating, non judgemental and SO helpful. Ken in particular made a personal difficult situation with my window so easy. He was always in contact with me, ordered and had my window installed so fast. Highly highly recommend them. Easy to work with and the new window is beautiful! Thank you Ken!!
Gordon's Glass brought response and resolution to my glass problem in 3 days, instead of 2-3.5 weeks that EVERYONE else quoted me. They happened to have what I needed in stock, and came out as promptly as possible and did great, quick work. This was important to me, because the shattered tempered glass was a little bit of a hazard to my 2 kids until I could get it fixed. So our kitchen table was in front of the windows (framed inside my French Doors) until the glass could be replaced. SO grateful for Gordon's Glass' quick response. They were also pleasant to work with, and other companies I called were annoyed by my situation.Thank you! I would highly recommend them.
