Around 8 years ago we had bought a new air conditioner and ductwork system. It was in the contract that new ductwork would be placed in our attic. When we found out a couple weeks ago after trying to have a duct cleaning, that they were not replaced, We were very concerned about the issue. After calling the new owners, and explaining the situation, they replaced the ductwork that should have been done with our initial contract that apparently was not. We were very thankful that even though the new owners understood that the contract was with the previous owners, the new owners honored our warranty and replaced our ducts. We don't usually give positive or negative feedback .We are very thankful that we can say that Gordon has stepped up and took care of us beyond whatever could have been expected. Good for them. We thank them.
