Ive been working with Good tidings for years! The team from the receptionist that answers your call to the field technicians that visit your home are 100% professional and helpful. They are always upfront and honest about the work and do try to work with you to get the best options and results for your HVAC cooling or heating issue. Solid team and company. I previously had great service/repair work experiences with them, fast forward to now. I recently called to have service done for my tub/shower, the cartridge in the valve needed replacement. When I called, it was during a wave of severe cold temperatures. I was told that they needed to prioritize work, which I fully understood. I was advised that they would try to fit me in the schedule. Weeks have gone by, no calls, no updates, nothing. I guess they are too busy chasing higher cost repair work and can’t be bothered. Very disappointing customer service.
I reported a non functioning steam boiler at 6:15PM on a Saturday night. They responded quickly and the heat was back on by 8:30PM. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, and he did an excellent job. With night time temperatures near zero for the next week or more, we are thankful for the excellent service. I have used Good Tidings at least 10 times over the last 3 years and they never let me down. They service both my 100+ year old houses.
