Ron was so helpful and made the process so easy. He worked with my fiance to design a custom ring that she loves, she says it's the prettiest ring she's ever seen! He also did an excellent job getting the ring out in time for us and the price was more than fair, especially for such a beautiful piece. Thanks Ron!!!
First-class experience! Everyone at Gold & Gems is terrific, but a special shout-out to Anna. She worked with me on several projects - a re-design of my engagement ring, then re-configuring a tanzanite pendant into a gorgeous ring. But the final piece, turning a loose tanzanite stone into a pendant, was absolutely stunning - completely exceeded my expectations from the beautiful design pictures that Anna had shared. Gold & Gems truly cares about their customers, and I would not go anywhere else for jewelry services. Highly recommended!
Ron spent months working with my Fiancé and me to help us create our dream engagement ring and it turned out more magnificent than we could have imagined! We do not live in the Rogue Valley so the design process required many emails back and forth and also included Ron shipping us a wax mold of the ring to try on before the final casting. He created a true piece of art. A cherry on top, after we picked the ring up and I had been wearing it for a few weeks I realized the size wasn’t quite right. I was only in Ashland for a long weekend and he got me in to resize the ring and the ring was ready for me less than an hour after I dropped it off. Gold & Gems and Ron’s customer service is unmatched!! We are very grateful for his attention to detail, incredible craftsmanship, generosity, and the time he took to help us create this lovely ring. We can’t wait to have Ron make our wedding bands!
Ron was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was super responsive throughout the process, answered every question, and made sure every detail was perfect. The ring he created for my fiancée turned out absolutely stunning, even better than I imagined. You can really see the care and craftsmanship he puts into his work. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Ron is a true artist. Back in 2017 I found Ron via the Internet. I described the type of ring I wanted to create for my wedding ring and band and he brought that vision to life seamlessly. Fast-forward eight years later, I find myself in Ashland, Oregon for the first time and stumble upon his beautiful shop. I introduced myself and my husband, and by some miracle he remembers us. He inspected my ring, which has held up perfectly over seven years of me not being delicate with it, and offered to tighten the prongs and solder the two rings together since I never separate them. He mailed it back to me in less than six days and it looks exactly like the day I received it eight years ago. I absolutely love this ring and cannot recommend Ron more highly. He is a true artist and a gem of a human being. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a ring that’s so important to me. Stop reading reviews and go have Ron make your dream ring.
