Ordered a pair of glass tops for some furniture pieces. I gave dimensions and thickness. When they came in he said they were the wrong thickness. I said...."Ok... so are you going to get me the thickness I ordered?" No response. No attempt to rectify the situation. No "sorry I will get you the right glass." Or "Would this glass work for you?" No nothing. Tried to text for over a week and left voicemail with no response. Took me over a week to get my deposit back. He also blocked my phone number simply for asking about my order that he screwed up. Truly horrible customer service. Their company name is Glass Getters. So they should get me the glass as their name implies. Not only did they get one of the easiest things wrong (thickness), they did not get me the glass or even try slightly to fix the situation. I couldn't stand the non communication which is why I asked for a refund. They gave a refund which took over a week. If you would like a company who communicates and doesn't block you when they screw up, I would look elsewhere. The reason I gave them a try is because I like to support local businesses usually because they have better customer service. However this was far from the case here.
