He did everything he said he would, and then some. I wound up needing my windows fixed sooner than I thought, and he finished them early for me. They look great and I only got one quote because I felt like his quote was very reasonable. So it saved me time shopping around, too. They are very kind and do great work. I would recommend this business to everyone and will call them again for any other window repair or replacement I need.

The first day the windows were delivered later than planned. One guy they had with them was highly under the influence and it wasn’t alcohol. They had to take him home. Then instead of taking the framing off and unscrewing the windows to take old ones out they just sawed it out and used a pry bar. Messed up all the sheet rock on the inside. Then 8 windows had the wrong measurements. He claimed he couldn’t do any of the framing so called Martin and Martin to reframe windows that were wrong size. Quote for that was over $6,000. Randy and an employee got into an argument the third day and another employee the fourth day. Mind you quote was for two days. The argument, the fourth day resulted in me having to do a police report on them having a firearm and punching Randy in the face. So I fired Randy the fourth day and had to hire someone else to do my windows, pictures are worth a thousand words. The job was supposed to last two days eight of the windows didn’t fit and Randy didn’t know how to do the framing or the sheet rock work so wanted me to pay an extra $6000 to have it fixed just so he can install the windows. Pictures are of sheet rock damage, and instead of fixing the sheet rock all they wanted to do was put quarter round the inside of my windows instead of fixing it the way they were. The last picture is to show you the size difference and the two open window holes. You can see the size difference in the old window and how much more they had to cut out.
