Had cam and lifters replaced. Since I've gotten the vehicle back my oil pressure is only at 20#. I brought it in and he told me it was cylinder 7 solenoid. I installed the delete plate and still have the same oil pressure issue. Regret dropping my truck off here. Update: after digging to the oil pan I had found 4 bolts hand tightened and 1 missing. Not sure if the gasket was even replaced. I've never heard of anyone riveting one back in.. the o ring I was looking for was torn and not replaced. Now I'm worried about digging through the top end. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. I took my car in for a very bad vibration while driving. He looked at it the following day and called me with the diagnosis, he didn’t overcharge me and I personally thought he undercharged me so I paid him a little extra. I highly recommend this shop, I wish it was closer to Springfield so I could use them regularly.
My experience here was excellent. Very friendly family business, fixed my car for an amazing price, and told me the truth upfront. He even suggested I buy my parts straight from the O'Reilly store nearby to save time and money so he could just pop them in and fix my car quickly. Prices are amazing. New mechanic for life.
A-MA-ZING! Gerald did an amazing job on fixing our car. He made it painless, stress free, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I wouldn't have known about him unless I'd called Walmart Auto and they recommended him, and I am SO glad they did. Unlike so many places, he doesn't give a bunch of B.S. diagnostics to rack up money, and instead was upfront with me, more than willing to work with me, and did a fantastic job. My car used to rattle and rumble, and now it runs smooth as butter. Definitely going to be my mechanic from now on.
